2. Collection and processing of personal data

When visiting this website, technical data is automatically recorded (server logs): IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request. This data is not combined with other sources and is automatically deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free operation).

3. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details (name, email, message) are stored to process the request and for any follow-up questions. Processing is handled via Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which forwards the data to us in encrypted form. No third-party sharing. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding).

4. Appointment booking via Lemcal

Call bookings are handled via Lemcal (lempire SAS, France). When you click "Book a call" you are redirected to the Lemcal platform. Data entered there (name, email, topic, preferred date) is processed by Lemcal according to their privacy policy: https://lempire.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel. Only technically necessary session cookies are set if required by functionality (language preference). No consent required.

6. Embedded content

The Insights section may include embedded podcast players from third parties (Spotify, Apple Podcasts). These providers collect their own data when played according to their privacy policies. No data is transmitted before clicking the player.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., USA). Cloudflare processes technical connection data when accessing the website to ensure operation and security. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

8. Your rights

You always have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
